We love sensory play and this is an amazing way to allow children to develop in all areas, they can extend their vocabulary with describing words, mathematics with counting the objects they see and colours, you can incorporate stories into this which will help enhance their literacy skills too.
This is why at MonkeyMoos we have set up a day full of sensory activities including cutting spaghetti and different materials, light boxes, colour sorting and creative modelling. all of this helps the children with their next steps whilst they are having fun through learning.
