Our Vision
Our Mission
At MonkeyMoos we believe in using both our children and parents voices throughout the nursery, capturing their views and opinions through our MonkeyMoos council and parent feedback forms. Our large outside space’s allow the children to free flow whilst being supported by our knowledgable and caring practitioners. All of our staff are DBS checked and first aid trained. The team are always looking for ways to further their knowledge and be the best they can be for your little one! Our onsite chef caters for a wide range of dietary needs whilst cooking everything from scratch.
We love working at MonkeyMoos as we are one big family, taking on everyone’s voices and making it a fun and exciting place to be!
We make sure all of our activities are fun and engaging. Following the 7 areas of learning. These are:
The 3 prime areas: Personal, Social and Emotional development, Communication and language, Physical development.
The 4 specific areas; Mathematics, Understanding of the World, Expressive Arts and Designs and Literacy.
It is very important to us that we are able to support every child in these areas by planning activities which create awe and wonder as well as creating experiences which will take their learning further.
It isn’t just about your children having a great time and feeling settled and safe, you are just as important to us too! You will have daily updates using our easy and useful app. Through this app we will update you with a daily diary showing any meals, nappies/toilet visits, nap times as well as your childs learning journal, showing daily observations with photos so you can see what your children have been doing throughout the day and what learning has taken place. All this combined with regular feedback and reporting means you are constantly updated and involved even after you drop your little one off in our care.
