Well what an incredible week it has been for all us of us. We had a great day doing some Yoga positions. the children joined in and told us what position was their favourite. Then on Wednesday was Apple strudel day, so many apples and some very tasty apple strudel for dessert. This was then followed with a pink day on Thursday, we had lots of pink activities and some of us even wore pink outfits.

Today in toddlers we have loved :smiling_face_with_3_hearts: celebrating :partying_face: our national yoga 🧘‍♀️ day. We enjoyed colouring in lots of different meditating 🧘‍♀️ pictures, once we had finished we then took them in to the garden :potted_plant:. We joined in with kim who showed us lots of stretches to warm our bodies up. Then we all tried very hard to join in with the meditation 🧘‍♂️ positions from the pictures.
We all had lots of fun and there was lots of laughing 😆.
We also enjoyed exploring our mini :ladybug::mosquito:🕷️beast tuff tray which was filled with lots of sand and we looked through some magnifying glasses 🔎 to find lots more exciting things.
We have enjoyed running 🏃‍♂️ some energy off in the garden :potted_plant: by playing lots of games of hide and seek. We have enjoyed the water 💦 tray and looking after the guinea pigs with feeding and giving them fresh water 💧.

Today the preschoolers have had so much fun! We started our day off in the garden playing in the sand 🏖️and water 💧 tray. We celebrated national yoga day 🧘‍♀️ By doing a big group yoga session lead by Kira and Yasmin. All of the children loved this
activity, and become really involved! We focused on our breathing and did lots of stretching 🙆‍♀️. The children listened to yoga /calming music 🎶.
The children enjoyed listening to the music so much that afterwards we had a dance party!!🪩🪩

Today has been apple strudel day. We had play dough in the home corner with real apples 🍎 where the children got to use their imagination to create their own versions of apple strudels. 

In our water tray💧 we had cut up apples and magical fishing nets were we had to use our motor skills to collect all the apples. 🍏 It was very tricky as they kept floating away. 

Some of the preschoolers talk about going to school by looking at different schools we are going to and how we were going to get there. We then used lots of colours to draw our schools. 🏫 
Whilst this was going on some of the toddlers had lots of fun in the flour, using cars to push around to see what marks they could make as well as using different pattern rollers.

Today is National Pink Day and we have enjoyed joining in with pink activities.

In the messy room the children 👦👶enjoyed playing with our pink sensory tuff tray activity. Everything in the tray was pink and the children 👧👦 enjoyed finding all our different pink things.

Also in the messy room they had lots of fun playing in the pink water 💦. They enjoyed splashing 💦 and finding pink things.

The children 👧👦 enjoyed making a pink painting 🎨. They used white and red paint to make pink so that the children 👧👦 could paint 🎨 a pink picture 🖼. 

In babies 👶 they enjoyed joining in with our pink day as well. They spent some time in the messy room painting 🎨 a pink picture.

Babies 👶 also had lots of fun playing hide and seek around the nursery with their grown ups 👩. Look 👀 how much fun 😃they had.
