You know its coming close to Halloween when its pumpkin season, This is why we are Celebrating National Pumpkin day. There is so much you can do with pumpkins, we have cut up a pumpkin for the children to use as stampers whilst painting, using the insides as a sensory activity and making play dough too. not forgetting the fun experience of pumpkin carving, the practitioners have set up math activities along side these too such as quantity matching, pumpkin bingo and pumpkin emotions.
We would also like to recognise and shout out to The amazing HungryMoose, Once again they have provided us with an activity sheet to help support us in celebrating National Pumpkin Day. The children have loved carving pumpkins and trying out their Pumpkin spiced cake from HungryMoose.
