World Health Day is the perfect day to teach the children at MonkeyMoos all about how to stay health, look after our bodies and what we can do to look after ourselves. The children will be looking at healthy foods, exercise and the affects of exercise on our bodies. The children will have a chance to recreate visiting the doctors too which is another way we keep ourselves healthy.
