Personal Experience & Biography
Hi, I am Fran! I am Level 3 Qualified and working towards my Level 4 Foundation Degree in Early Years. I have been part of the MonkeyMoos family for 3 years and began as a Qualified Practitioner. I am now, very proudly, the Deputy Manager at Highdown and enjoy being part of a family, not just a team.
Other Qualifications and roles: Co-Senco, L2 Paediatric First Aid, L2 Food Hygiene, Designated Safeguarding Lead, L2 Understanding Autism.
Working with children will always put a smile on your face and I spend the whole day laughing! I enjoy taking the children for adventures in the local community, feeding the local ducks or making our own shopping lists to buy our snack. Teaching the children about the world around us is my favourite.
Likes: Sleep, food and smiling! Smiling is contagious!
Dislikes: Being cold and spiders! Eurgh!
